Cheers!



Here is a little fun fact for the day and some good news for college women! A study published in the Archives of Internal Medicine concluded that women who drink are less likely to gain weight over time. The study followed 19,000 women for 13 years. And at the end of those 13 years, they found that the more women drank, the less weight they had gained. Conversely, women who didn't drink at all were the ones who gained the most weight.
