Well, Gap has partnered with Cotton from Blue to Green Organization to turn old pairs of jeans into natural cotton fiber insulation for homes and communities in need.

Old jeans are turned into a natural cotton fiber insulation by a simple recycling process. First, all medal attachments like buttons and zippers are removed. Then, the denim is shredded and turned into its fiber state. The fibers are dipped into solutions to make them non-flammable and set into sheets which are cut and packaged as the final product.
